Every package includes tables and chairs, tablecloths and chair covers, a basic sound system, on-site parking, an on-site coordinator, and setup and cleanup assistance. Higher-tier packages add premium linens, a bridal suite, enhanced sound and lighting, and dedicated coordination.

Yes. A $1,500 damage deposit and a $1,000 cleaning deposit are required with each rental. Both deposits are fully refundable as long as the venue is returned clean and undamaged.

Yes — outside catering is welcome at Fellowship Event Hall. Our prep kitchen is available for your vendors, and we do not require you to use a specific caterer.

Alcohol is permitted under our standard rental guidelines. We will review the specifics with you before booking — including any requirements for licensed bartenders or insurance.

Yes. Fellowship Event Hall is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and accessible restrooms.
